Opening hours

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
All branches are closed Christmas Day (12/25/2011).

Pick up time

Between opening hours.
Weekends and holidays on request only (except for Christmas Day).

Drop off time

Between opening hours.
Weekends and holidays on request only (except for Christmas Day).

Transfer

Transfer from and to the airport and hotel is not included, but can be booked in advance.

Minimum rental

The minimum rental for all vehicles is 5 days.
When pick-up or drop-off is in Botswana, Zimbabwe or Zambia minimum rental is 15 days.

Driver's License and age

A valid international driver's license is recommended for each driver.
The minimum age is 25 years.

Deposit

Bij de standaard verzekering (CDW) is de borg N$30.000 per credit card.
Bij de CDW 1 verzekering is de borg N$15.000 per credit card.
Bij de CDW 2 verzekering is de borg N$5000 per credit card.
Bij de CDW 3 verzekering is de borg N$0.

Restrictions

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
• Driving in Angola and Malawi is not permitted.
• Maui reserves the right to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, political situations or any other reason.
