KEA Campers Terms & Conditions (2011/2012)

Rental locations

South Africa: Johannesburg, Cape Town
Namibia: Windhoek

Opening hours

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 08:00 to 13:00.

Holidays

Alle vestigingen zijn gesloten op 1e kerstdag 2011-12-25

Pick up time

Between opening hours.
Tenminste 3 uur voor sluitingstijd.

Drop off time

Between opening hours.
Tenminste 1 uur voor sluitingstijd.

Pick up and drop off outside office hours is on request. A fee may apply.

Transfer

Transfer to and from the airport or downtown is included (only when it is located within 25 km from the rental station).

Minimum rental

The minimum rental for all vehicles is 7 days.

Driver's License and age

A valid national driver's license is required for each driver. National driver's license, which is not in English, needs to be presented in conjunction with an official translation or valid international driver's license.
The minimum age is 21 years and de maximum age is 85 years.

Deposit

Borg bij Standaard huurprijs: N$45.000
Borg wanneer CER 1 verzekering is afgesloten: N$20.000
Borg bij All Inclusive huurprijs: N$2500

Restrictions

• No pets are allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle.
• 4WD's are allowed on recognized 4WD tracks in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
• You need permission to drive any KEA motorhome off road or to other countries.
• Unsealed roads, private-, gravel-, dirt- , or logging roads and other non-public roads, beaches, etc is not permitted.
• It is not allowed to travel in Tanzania and Malawi.
