Opening hours

Monday to Friday from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours, Saturday from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours.
Closed on Sundays and all Holidays.

Pick up time

Pick up time: between 10:00 hours and 15:00 hours.

Drop off time

Drop off time: between 08:00 hours and 10:00 hours.

When the motorhome is returned after 10:00 hours $50/hour charges will apply and the hotel transfer will be void.

Transfer

Gratis transfer van/naar Whitby Go Train Station (city train).
Transfer tegen betaling van/naar luchthavenhotels. Transfer naar luchthaven is alleen mogelijk na inleveren van de camper.
Transfer van/naar centrum hotels is alleen mogelijk op maandag.

Transfer tijden: tussen 10.00 uur en 12.00 uur.
U dient de dag voor ophalen of in de ochtend van ophalen het verhuurstation te bellen voor uw transfer.

Minimum rental

- 7 nights
- 14 nights with A-class
- 21 nights for northern rentals

Driver's License and age

A valid national driver's license is required for each driver. An international driver's license is recommended.
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age. The maximum age is 75 years.

Deposit

De borg zal van uw creditcard worden afgehouden. Deze bestaat uit 500 dollar en een extra borgsom voor eindschoonmaak; $150 voor Deluxe Van en C-classe campers, $250 voor A Class campers.
Borg betaling is alleen mogelijk via credit card.

Restrictions

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle.
• Traveling into Mexico is not permitted.
• Traveling into Death Valley is not permitted.
• Dempster Highway is not permitted.
• Northwest Territories is not permitted.
• Inuvik is not permitted.
• Traveling to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Alaska, Cassiar Highway or Alaska Highway is permitted only when requested at time of booking and when Northern Rental Surcharge is paid for.
• Private-, gravel- dirt- or logging roads and other non-public roads, beaches, etc is not permitted.

Northern Rental

Een toeslag wordt berekend voor reizen ten noorden van Fort St. John op de Alaska Hwy, Cassiar Hwy, richting Yukon en Alaska. Mocht u noordelijk willen reizen dient dit aangevraagd te worden bij uw reservering. Noordelijk reizen is alleen toegestaan met de C22, C24 (niet slide-out) en C26 slide-out.
