Touring Cars Terms & Conditions (2011/2012)

• One-way locations can be used ONLY as a drop off location. Moreover we do not have an office in the locations, we only provide collection services at the local airports. Please note, that clients have to admit to post-rental check up and sign one deductible deposit for us before returning their rental vehicle. We will refund this deposit if we do not find new damages on the vehicle.

Opening hours

24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, by appointment only.

Pick up time

Pick up time: 24 hours a day, times have to be informed upon booking. A fee of EUR79 applies if pick up is between 23.00 and 05.00.
Een korting van EUR50 wordt gegeven wanneer u bij boeking aangeeft de camper op te halen tussen 21.00 en 23.00.
U dient de dag voor ophalen contact op te nemen met de verhuurder betreft hoe laat u de camper op komt halen en indien van toepassing hoe laat uw transfer zal plaatsvinden.

Drop off time

Drop off time: 24 hours a day, times have to be informed upon booking. A discount of EUR50 applies if drop off is before 11.00.

Transfer

You need to contact Touring Cars by phone to arrange a pick up time. Transfer from and to the airport en airport hotels is included when you book the Handling fee package (required). You need to provide your flight details together with your reservation. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om transfer bij te boeken vanaf andere luchthavens, hiervoor geldt een extra tarief. Details kunt u vinden bij de gewenste locatie en bij de huurprijzen.

Minimum rental

The minimum rental period is 1 day.

Driver's License and age

Driver needs to be in possession of a valid driver's license for at least 1 year. The main driver needs to have a credit card. An international driver's license is not required.

Deposit

You have to pay locally by creditcard (obligated).
Credit card has to be valid until minimum 6 months after drop off.

TC Basis verzekering EUR 2400 eigen risico/borg
TC Plus verzekering EUR 1200 eigen risico/borg
TC Premium verzekering EUR 600 eigen risico/borg

Restrictions

• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle.
• Special insurance coverage is required when you drive into Russia, Poland, Belarus and the Baltic States with your motorhome.
• If you are planning to drive outside of Scandinavia you have to inform us when you book the trip

Kampeerplekken

Je mag in Scandinavië op basis van het in de grondwet ingeschreven "Allemansrecht" vrij kamperen.
Voor een tent is dat geen probleem, maar met een caravan of kampeerwagen is dat niet altijd mogelijk omdat je niet overal vrij mag parkeren en de nacht mag doorbrengen.
