a) Unlimited Civil Responsability or in substitution 50 millions of euros. Every damages caused to any person, vehicle, installation, building or others are included without any cost for the customers.
b) In case of one accident and for damages in our vehicle caused by one accident driving the insurance cover up the 600,00 € all cost. The customer must to pay the maximum of 600,00 € in case of one accident. If there are 2 accidents the responsability is maximu m the double (the same 600,00 € as maximum in each accident). In any circunstance the customer has this responsability.
c) Assistance on the road 24 hours fro technical problems on the enginee and/or the chassis or in case of accident. This insurance permit the customers the use of trucks to transport the vehicles to one near garaje to repair it. If the time of the reparation not permitt the customer to continue the trip in a raisonable time they can to obtein different other services but the recommendation is to used the Hotel free for the night wiht normal limit of 3 days; during this time is necessary to have the prescription of the garaje that the vehicle will be possible to repair because is from the first moment is not possible to make nothing the best recommendation probably will be to return to the same depot that they used for the pick up. For all is necessary that the customer always inform this company to find the best solution from the first moment.
d) Different aditional insurances who cover the persons inside the vehicle in case of one accident, corporal damages, hospitals and others.
e) In case of one damage the customer must to decide the reparation without any permission to repair the necessary with the limit of 90,00 € to return the vehicle at the same situation of their pick up. For more amount will be necessary the permission of the company.
NOTE.- The insurance don't cover the negligences or the damages caused on the vehicle for not driving crashes. Also any insurance cover the inappropiuate use of the vehicles (burned cluth, burned wheels and other situations caused for a bad use). The damages caused inside the vehicle for the persons are not included also.
