Transfer

Vehicles must be collected and returned to the Cheapa Campa branches (not airports). A transfer to the Cheapa Campa branch from the Airport and vice versa is provided free of charge.

Minimum rental

The minimum rental for all vehicles is 7 days. During the peak season the minimal rental period may change.

Between 12/15/2011 and 01/10/2012, a minimum rental period of 14 days applies.

Driver's License and age

A current and full motor vehicle driver's licence is required. If the driver's license is not in the English language then an international driver's license is also required. The driver's license must have been held for at least two years and be valid for the whole length of the rental. The original driver's licence must be shown at time of pick-up when the driver is present.

Drivers must be 21 years of age or over. For drivers 75 years of age or over, a current medical certificate stating that the customer is fit to drive for the duration of the hire is required upon vehicle collection.

Standard Liability: For Hitop and 2 Berth ST NZ$ 2700 - For 4 and 6 Berth NZ$ 5000

Restrictions

• Pets are not allowed, excluding guide dogs.
• Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle.
• Two Wheel Drive Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads. The only extension to this is the loose road surface on any major ski field access roads or any recognised campground access road less than 5 kilometres in length
• No vehicle shall be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Bluff Road (between Kuatuni and Mataurangi) and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
• Cheapa Campa reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the rental period.

De volgende voorwaarden gelden voor camperhuur in de periode van 09/01/2011 t/m 10/31/2011

• Annulering tussen 149 en 91 dagen voor ophalen van de camper: 50% annuleringskosten
• Annulering 90 dagen voor ophalen van de camper: 100% annuleringskosten
• Voor het laat ophalen en vroeg inleveren van de camper worden geen kosten vergoed
• 20% van de kosten dienen bij boeking voldaan te worden, deze worden niet gerestitueerd
• 150 dagen voor ophalen van de camper dient het volledige bedrag betaald te zijn.
