Holiday Rent Terms & Conditions (2011/2012)

Rental locations

• Santiago
  It is possible to pick up and drop off the motorhome in every city in Chili. On request only, a fee will apply.

Wanneer u door bijvoorbeeld Argentinië wilt reizen, geldt het volgende.
Na maximaal 85 dagen dient men in ieder geval 1 maal de grens naar Chili te passeren, wegens visum voorwaarden.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00

Pick up time

Pick up time: between opening hours.
Outside opening hours on request only.

Drop off time

Drop off time: between opening hours.
Outside opening hours on request only.

Transfer

Transfer from and to the airport is included when pick up and drop off is in Santiago, Puerto Montt, Puerto Varas.
When you pick up and drop off the motorhome in an other city the transfer is not included.

Minimum rental

7 days. In high season (11/01/2011 until 03/31/2012) 15 days.

Driver's License and age

A valid international driver's license is recommended for each driver. Driver's need to have a official driver's license.
The minimum age is 25 years.

Betalingsvoorwaarden

30% van de totale reissom dient bij boeking voldaan te worden.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Let op; de annuleringsvoorwaarden van Holiday Rent wijken af van de ANVR voorwaarden.

Onderstaande kosten zijn van toepassing wanneer u uw boeking annuleert:

Bij annulering vanaf 90 dagen voor aankomst - 10% van de reissom
Bij annulering vanaf 89 - 45 dagen voor aankomst - 30% van de reissom
Bij annulering vanaf 44 - 20 dagen voor aankomst - 80% van de reissom
Bij annulering vanaf 19 - 0 dagen voor aankomst - 100% van de reissom

Deposit

Credit card imprint. Minimum limit of EUR1000.

Restrictions

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Unsealed roads are not permitted.
• You need to request driving outside of Chili, fees will apply.
